Kyoto Tsukune Seisakusho is an izakaya in Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto, that serves creative small plates and Japanese sake centered on tsukune. The menu includes mapo tsukune and gochujang tsukune, a five- or eight-piece tsukune assortment, and oden, along with several kinds of sake. It sits inside the first floor of a building that looks like an apartment, stays open until midnight and into the morning, and takes walk-ins without a reservation. Seating includes counter seats, table seats, and a television, and because the owner runs it alone, orders can back up and cause a wait.
