Flip Up

Flip Up is a takeout-only bakery near Honke Owariya in Kyoto, selling bagels and hard bread. The chewy dough comes in chocolate bagel and cream cheese bagel, and the selection changes slightly by day, such as a rose-scented red bread on Saturdays. Local customers come in steadily from the morning, and payment is by card or cash. There is no warming service to heat the chocolate bagel.
