Daitoryo

Daedangnyang serves kaiseki and yuba cuisine on the banks of the Kamo River in Kyoto. The restaurant offers a 10-course omakase, chicken hot pot, and yuba kaiseki. From its kawadoko seating in a building over 100 years old, guests watch the riverside scenery from dusk until night, when Minamiza's lights reflect on the water. Staff explain each dish and the menu and look after the guests.
