Cafe & Lounge Shava Liva is an Italian cafe and lounge in Kawaramachi-Oike, in front of Kyoto City Hall. At lunch, the set meal has you choose a pasta and a main dish, served with a salad bar and bread or rice. The salad bar holds about ten kinds of vegetables, with sanitizer and gloves for use, and bread, rice, and coffee can be refilled. There are times when customers talk loudly, so a quiet meal is difficult.
