Bajitofu

Bajitofu is a charcoal yakitori izakaya in Kyoto, a two-minute walk from Shijo Station and Hankyu Karasuma Station. It serves chicken thigh and scallion skewers, tsukune, seseri, chicken wings, fried chicken, and grilled rice balls, with each skewer grilled individually over charcoal. The venue has counter seats and private rooms, and it is popular enough that walk-ins are difficult without a reservation. The menu is only in Japanese, which makes ordering difficult.
