Watazen Ryokan

Watagen Ryokan is a traditional ryokan in central Kyoto, near Nishiki Market and Karasuma Oike Station, where guests sleep in tatami rooms. Staff provide yukata and tea, and lay out futons in the room after guests return from evening outings. The shared bath in the basement is open until 1 a.m., and bus and subway stations are within a five-minute walk. Kitchen smells remain in the guest rooms and toilets.
