Nisho Beso is a traditional ryokan in Kyoto, close to Nishiki Market, the train station, and the Kamo River downtown area. Dinner is a kaiseki course served in several small dishes, along with breakfast. The rooms are spacious, the tatami rooms have soft futons, and there is a large bath. It sits on a one-way alley one block in from the main street, so it is hard to find the first time.
