Umezono

Umezonō is a dango cafe in Kyoto that has run for nearly 100 years, located across from the Uniqlo in Kyoto. Its mitarashi dango is slightly salty and chewy rather than grilled over charcoal and sweet, and it also serves patjuk and anmitsu. Mitarashi dango can be taken out in packs of five. When the shop is full it is noisy and staff response is slow.
