Stumptown Coffee Roasters is an American specialty coffee shop on the first floor of Ace Hotel Kyoto in Shimpukan. It serves acidic americanos and lattes, along with matcha lattes, cold brew ice cream, bakery items and cookies. The shop opens at 7 a.m., and guests can use the outlets at the long central table and the seating in the Ace Hotel lobby. Seating inside the shop and comfortable spots are limited, so it is inconvenient for staying a long time.
