SINLESS CAFÉ is a café in Kyoto that sells pastries and cakes. It serves cheesecake and canelé, and coffee is available alongside them. Every dessert is gluten-free, and the canelé contains no sugar. In the canelé, the chewy interior and rum aroma stand out more than the crispness of the outside.
