KINEEL

KINEEL is a pastry shop next to the rear entrance of Kyoto City Hall. It sells small cakes and baked sweets, including two- or three-bite hime cake, freshly baked financiers, and rufuru. The freshly baked financiers are available in limited quantities and are crisp outside and moist inside. Both the cakes and the baked sweets are small in size.
