Izutsu Cafe is a small cafe on the second floor of Izutsu Yatsuhashi in Kyoto, serving desserts such as matcha bingsu and patbingsu. The matcha bingsu comes with red bean and whipped cream, and the bear-shaped patbingsu is topped with fruit and an ice cream nose. Orders are placed at the second-floor kitchen counter and customers carry their own food, with menus written in Japanese and an English menu available on request. Water, tea with milk, and dish returns are self-service.
