Cafe & Sweets KI NO NE

Kinone is a Japanese cafe on the fourth floor of a building a two-minute walk from Kawaramachi Station in Kyoto, serving parfaits, mont blanc and anmitsu centered on matcha and hojicha. The nodocha mont blanc and matcha parfait add black beans, chestnut, white bean and jelly to a deep matcha flavor, and strawberry parfaits and shaved ice appear in season. Hojicha and water are self-service, and on a Saturday at 3:30 p.m. four groups were waiting but were seated within ten minutes. The entrance and elevator are set back in an alley and inside the building, so it is hard to find at first.
