ACTUAL KYOTO

ACTUAL KYOTO is a small cafe in Kyoto’s Shijo-Omiya area. Cheesecake is sold only as part of a drink set, and you can choose the beans for drip coffee. Opened in April 2023, the cafe occupies a machiya more than 100 years old, with the Randen train passing directly in front. Trains pass more often than expected, and with only one outdoor seat, the indoor seats are better for conversation.
