Snack Bar A-55 Kyotoshijo-Kawaramachi is a Japanese retro snack bar a 6-10 minute walk from Kawaramachi Station in Kyoto. For two hours, guests eat from over 100 kinds of snacks and ice cream and drink unlimited beverages, choosing fried bread or butamen after filling a small basket from the shelf beside their seat. The second floor is decorated like a classroom and holds a Wii, board games, and comic books, and it opens from midday on weekends and holidays. Seating is sometimes assigned in tight spaces.
