京都串でん（京都市役所前の居酒屋「串揚げ・おでん」）

Kyoto Kushiden is an izakaya in the basement next to Kyoto City Hall that serves kushiyaki and oden. The oden comes in katsuo broth and miso broth, and the kushiyaki is served crisp alongside hoe and original dishes. Seating includes a counter, tables, and one half-private horigotatsu room. Smoking is allowed inside, which is uncomfortable for anyone sensitive to cigarette smoke.
