Cordon Noir is a whisky bar in Kyoto. It stocks a wide range of rare Japanese whiskies and bottles from around the world, and cigars are available as well. Bartenders pick ingredients on the spot to make cocktails that are not on the menu and explain the drinks. Smoking is allowed indoors, which is uncomfortable for people sensitive to cigarette smoke.
