Calvador

Calvador is a second-floor bar near the Kamo River in Kyoto that specializes in Calvados. It serves Calvados cocktails and on-the-rocks pours, including drinks with green apple aroma. At a counter of about nine seats, the master selects a Calvados and a way of drinking it based on what the customer says they like. Reservations take priority, so open seats are hard to get.
