Bar Osome

Bar Osome is a karaoke snack bar behind Kyoto OPA, on the second floor of the building next to Yakiniku Otomi. It serves oden and light snacks for eating while singing karaoke. A different mama is in charge each day. The bar serves drinks and offers karaoke.
