BAR La Plage

BAR La Plage is a bar in Karasuma, Kyoto, serving cocktails and whisky. It makes martinis, Tom Collins, and a Juniper cocktail, and cigars are chosen to match the drink. Seating comes with a warm towel and local salty snacks, and drinks are served in vintage glasses. The master, trained in cocktail technique at Tokyo's Mori Bar, also presents the after-dinner drink Dr.M.
