APOTHECA is a cocktail bar in Kyoto. Tell the bartender what you like to drink, and they will make a cocktail such as a Penicillin, Old Fashioned, or Manhattan on the spot. Take a small elevator to the fourth floor through a brown door with almost no signage. There is no standard menu, so explain the flavor and style of alcohol you want first.
