Peace Memorial Park sits in Itoman on the southern part of Okinawa's main island, facing the Pacific Ocean and commemorating war victims. The park holds the Cornerstone of Peace, a memorial tower for Korean victims, and the Okinawa Prefectural Peace Memorial Museum. The museum's second-floor permanent exhibition is divided into five themes. Admission to the Peace Memorial Museum is charged.
