Shirakawa Park sits in central Nagoya between the Nagoya Science Museum and the art museum. It has fountains, benches, and sculptures along with contemporary art works. On weekday evenings, groups gather for aerobics, dance, and b-boying. In the daytime it functions more as a space for running around, such as playing soccer, than for resting in the shade.
