Ginger House

Ginger House is a bakery cafe in Busan that sells croissants, salt bread, ciabatta, canelés, and sandwiches. Its croissant lineup includes plain, chocolate, black tea almond, and vanilla, and the pastries are on the large side. The space has high ceilings and full-length windows, and on weekends the bread sells out quickly, so arriving early is better. Seating is not easy to find.
