Huen Phen

Heuan Phen is a northern Thai restaurant in the Old City of Chiang Mai. It serves khao soi and northern-style rice plates, and its som tam comes with northern sausage. The interior is arranged like a small local museum, and there are air-conditioned seats. Portions are not large.
