Geumsujeong

Geumsujeong is a buffet restaurant on the first floor of a hotel in Chiang Mai that serves Korean food centered on bibimbap and gimbap. The spread includes three soups — kimchi soup, hwangtae soup, and seaweed soup — along with jeyuk bokkeum, dubu kimchi, and tteokbokki. The lunch buffet starts at 11 a.m. and the dinner buffet starts at 5 p.m. The jokbal leaves fatty parts, and the dwaeji galbi jjim is on the sweet side.
