PIMM'S CUP : Roastory Lab

PIMM'S CUP : Roastory Lab is a small cafe in the Old City of Chiang Mai that roasts its own beans and serves coffee and strawberry milk. Its signature drink is a dirty latte, and the hand drip made with Myanmar beans has a pronounced fruity aroma and flavor. The cafe roasts beans received directly from farms and sells medium and medium-dark roasted beans separately. Indoor seating is limited, so takeout is more suitable.
