Thai Akha Kitchen - Chiang Mai

Thai Akha Kitchen - Chiang Mai runs a Thai cooking class led by Akha young people in Chiang Mai. The class visits a morning market, then participants make 11 dishes including tom yum goong and taste each one. The morning session starts with hotel pickup between 8:30 and 9:00 AM, stops at the market, and runs about 3 to 4 hours. It is conducted in English, so following the class is difficult for those with limited English.
