Miok Kalguksu

Miok Kalguksu is a kalguksu restaurant in Samhyang-eup, Muan-gun. It serves kalguksu made with noodles pulled fresh every morning and a rich chicken broth, and the noodles can be mixed with perilla oil sauce. One bowl is eaten four ways: clear broth, perilla oil sauce, dadegi, and glutinous rice chicken porridge. In summer there is also a limited menu that includes chogye kalguksu, muk, and bibim sauce.
