Chaoreuda

Chaoreuda is a two-floor cafe in Mokpo's Pyeonghwa Plaza. It serves joripong shakes, cream vanilla lattes, and cheonggyul ade, with the sea visible through the second-floor window. From the second-floor window seats, guests can see the sea and the Pyeonghwa Plaza fountain, and the cafe stays open until midnight. The sea view is not fully open because of the estuary dam.
