Cafe Delmar is near Mokpo Haeyangdae, with views of Mokpodaegyo and the Daebandong Sea. It serves ttalgi ade, double choco latte, ttalgi cake, and pastries, and the coffee has noticeable acidity. Order at a kiosk and use the third floor or fourth-floor outdoor rooftop. Around sunset, Mokpodaegyo and the haesang cable car are visible together, but the rooftop was cold even on a night near April.
