Taeyeong Saeng Makchang

Taeyeong Saeng Makchang serves beef makchang (beef abomasum) and pork makchang in Seoul. The makchang is partially grilled before serving, then cooked by staff, with doenjang jjigae and gyeran jjim on the side. Outdoor tables are available, and the restaurant also offers delivery. The interior is small and becomes busy when delivery orders overlap.
