Saigonmun is a Vietnamese restaurant in Seoul that serves pho, pad thai, and nasi goreng. The pho broth is light and clear, and rice dishes come with a side of pho broth. Orders are placed at a kiosk, and water and side dishes are self-service. Cilantro is available separately on request.
