Ragopa Pasta is an Italian restaurant near Mokdong 41 Tower in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, serving pasta and pizza. The menu includes vongole, pane, cream mushroom pasta, and arugula pizza, with bread and a basic salad brought out before the meal. Seating is available only on the second floor, and staff fill empty cups with water instead of leaving a pitcher on the table. The space is small with a low ceiling, so the air gets stuffy when it fills up.
