Omokjeong

Omokjeong is a charcoal-grilled meat and barbecue restaurant in Seoul. It serves dwaeji galbi (pork ribs), deungsim (sirloin), samgyeopsal (pork belly), and yukhoe (raw beef). The kitchen cooks the meat before it is reheated on a hot plate at the table. Gosari (bracken fern) and sukju (mung bean sprouts) are grilled with the meat and served with plenty of vegetables.
