Mokdong Gogi is a meat restaurant in Seoul that grills thick cuts of Jeju pork. It serves pork collar, ogyeopsal, and pork skin, with salted hairtail innards as a sauce. While customers wait for the pork collar, thin slices of meat are provided at no charge. The steamed egg is a simple preparation topped only with sesame seeds.
