Jjigaedang

Jjigaedang, near Omokgyo Station in Seoul, serves only kimchi stew. It comes with pork and rolled omelet in a clear broth with a slightly sour taste. The pork is cut into large pieces resembling jangjorim. For Sin Ramyun noodles, diners are instructed not to add the seasoning packet, and rice is ordered separately.
