Iyasi

Iyashi is a sushi restaurant in Seoul that serves aged hoe, sushi, and course meals. Its signature items are egg sushi, beef sushi, and conch sushi, served with udon and side dishes. The course opens with abalone steamed egg and boneless flatfish jorim, and the shari uses red vinegar. Parking is difficult.
