Iga Bajirak Kalguksu

Igabajirak Kalguksu is a small restaurant in Seoul that serves kalguksu with clams, hand-made dumplings, and kongguksu. The broth is light with plenty of clams, the noodles are chewy, and the meal comes with house-made kimchi and hand-pinched dumplings. The dining room has nine tables and is clean, and a wait forms at lunch. Sand is sometimes chewed in the clams.
