Hong Tteokbokki is a small restaurant at the entrance to a market in Seoul, selling tteokbokki, sundae, fried food, fish cake, and gimbap. Its rice-cake tteokbokki contains plenty of scallions and fish cake, the sauce has a grain-syrup flavor, and the fish cake is chewy. Takeout orders are common, and a sealing machine neatly closes the containers. The restaurant does not offer dine-in service and serves takeout only.
