Haemil is an old restaurant in Mokdong, Seoul, that serves naeng momil, pan momil, udon, and donkatsu together. The thick pork loin donkatsu is fried crisp on the outside, and the buckwheat and udon noodles come in a clean, cool broth. There are about six tables, so during meal times people line up outside, and kiosk ordering and takeout are available. The buckwheat soba and udon noodles tend to break apart easily.
