Geummoghwa

Geummokhwa is a restaurant in Mokdong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, that serves Jeju-style gogi-guksu and bibim-guksu. The basic gogi-guksu comes with a rich broth and chewy noodles, and bibim-guksu is served alongside it. One person runs the shop, orders are placed at a kiosk, and side dishes are self-served. At 1:30 p.m. on a weekend the store was full and delivery orders kept coming in.
