Gangmojib

Gangmojip is a grill restaurant in Mokdong, Seoul, serving Jeju black pork samgyeopsal, pork collar, and pork jowl, a short walk from Yeomchang Station. The thick pork collar and samgyeopsal come with eight accompaniments, including cheongyang peppers and meljeot, and staff grill the meat for you. Set Jeju 1 includes two servings of pork collar and one serving of skin-on samgyeopsal, and pork jowl is limited to one serving per table. The space is small, so the wait line tends to be long.
