Dasi Guksu

Dasi Guksu is a noodle shop in Seoul serving anchovy noodles and rice balls. The anchovy noodles come with springy noodles in an anchovy broth, and rice balls are also available. Customers order for themselves without table-service staff, and are asked whether they want a generous portion when ordering. The broth is not particularly rich.
