Neut is a bar in Seoul that serves Western dishes made with seasonal ingredients. Its plates include bread with truffle butter, salad with a poached egg, risotto with sebalnamul, and beef katsu with mashed potatoes and aged kimchi sauce. The menu changes with the ingredients of each season. The pasta and sourdough fall short.
