The Ice Rink Gyeonggijang in Seoul's Mok-dong has one rink above ground and another below ground. The ice is resurfaced every two hours. The rink is less crowded from 10 a.m., and the 30 minutes after resurfacing are suitable for skating; from 2 p.m., it is crowded. Opened in 1989, the facility has dated waiting rooms, spectator seating, and amenities.
