Donkatsu Mitani is a specialty restaurant in the shopping arcade in front of Kyobashi Station that serves donkatsu set meals made with pork from several regions. You can choose branded pork such as Yamagata, Miyazaki, and Iwami, and the cutlet is breaded and fried after you order, then eaten with salt or sauce. There are about 5 counter seats and 4 table seats, and rice comes in large, medium, or small sizes, with a short wait because the food is cooked after ordering. The branded pork is on the pricier side.
