Amijima Chaya

Amijima Chatjip is a tea house inside the Fujita Museum, directly in front of Osaka Castle Kitazume Station, serving matcha, sencha, bancha and dango. Ordering one of the three teas with two skewers of soy sauce or red bean dango means the matcha is whisked in front of you and the dango is grilled to order. There are tatami seats and tables, and the tea house can be used without visiting the museum, with access to the garden. Seating is limited and can be uncomfortable.
