The shop name N2 comes from the chemical formula for nitrogen, and once you pick a bean, it is brewed across the counter. It roasts several beans and also handles blends, and you can buy the coffee you ordered together with beans. The shop is takeout only with no seating inside, so you pack it to go right away.
