Azabudai Hills in Tokyo is a mixed-use commercial district with shopping stores, event spaces, and residential areas. Imported brand stores occupy the ground level, food stores sit below ground, and various events take place there. The buildings and facilities are large, making destinations hard to find, and each building has a different standard for what counts as basement level one. The number of stores is small, which weakens the reason to return.
